HELP? I'm 36F, NYC based, have a stable job for over 5 years that makes me want to pull my hair out depending on the season, divorced, have always lived with a roommate.
My therapist is encouraging me to get a solo place, and I know I could benefit from it, but these NYC rents have my scarcity mindset all enflamed.
Here's my total financial breakdown- any thoughts/advice/reality check?
