Hello guys,

I am a first sem. Bachelor Elec. Engineering and I need some advices on where to find materials to study from. My exam is in July and these are the topics that are going to be on it :

Mechanics: Kinematics & Forces
Work, Energy, Momentum & Rotation
Oscillations & Waves/Sound
Geometric Optics
Materials & Fluids (Elasticity + Viscosity)

I know that this is pretty basic stuff, but I do not have very good foundations from high school. What I need is some courses or youtube channels where I can learn the majority of this stuff, I also have access to all Udemy courses for free, so recommendations from there are also welcome.

Hello guys,

I am thinking about changing my split and I need some recommendations. Currently I am training 4 times per week:

Upper body
Lower body + abs
Chest and back
Arms and hamstrings

I have a few years behind me in the gym, but I want to start training more functional and be more athletic as of recently I am feeling pretty stiff and I want to use my body for more than lifting weights.

Appreciate all the assistance with this.

Trotzdem bekommen wir entweder keine Antworten oder sofortige Absagen.
Lohnt es sich, direkt Hausverwaltungen wie die GGH Heidelberg zu kontaktieren? Habt ihr Tipps, wie wir unsere Bewerbung in diesem kompetitiven Markt verbessern können?
Falls jemand von verfügbaren Wohnungen weiß oder Hinweise hat, wäre ich unglaublich dankbar.
