Mitsubishi electric 5 star vs O' general 3 star 2 ton

Which one should I buy or what's the difference and this Mitsubishi is imported or Indian one?

And how it's service in Lucknow?if anybody know about it

Can anyone with exp. tell what material or thing we have to buy from outside to prevent getting scammed by company and what should be done when AC guys come to install it like precaution .
