What is happening to my face?? Reaction to skincare, or something else?
On Thursday morning, I noticed small, skin-colored bumps all over my face. They became red on Thursday night (first two pics). Now, on Saturday (rest of the pics), they have spread down to my neck, and the bumps on my cheeks, neck, and jaw are red. Not consistently itchy or hot, but they do get itchy and hot periodically. I started a retinoid and azelaic acid three weeks ago, and started a new barrier repair cream last Sunday. Could this be a reaction to one of those? I haven’t used any products on my skin since Wednesday except for the La Roche-Posay toleriane cleanser and moisturizer. What do I do??
