Legit Check - Kobe Bryant Lakers Adidas Jersey (Possible 2nd Gen?)

I need help verifying if this Kobe Bryant Lakers jersey is authentic. I've been comparing it to other official Adidas NBA pieces, and I noticed a specific detail that's making me doubt.
On the neck tag (shown in the photos), it is missing the three white horizontal stripes on the edges of the black ribbon. From what I’ve researched about Adidas 1st and 2nd generation Swingman jerseys, those stripes are usually a standard feature.
Is it possible for an authentic jersey to be missing those stripes, or is this a clear indicator of a high-quality replica?
