70lbs lost = 1 pant size

I just got 70lbs today (yay !!!!!!!) and I went thrifting yesterday to grab some new pants.
I’ve been belting and swimming in my size 24 torrid pants.

Bought some more torrid pants.

I’m a lose size 22.
70 lbs and that’s it?

Sigh. lol. No big deal honestly.. Its going down we’re all good, at least now I have pants that aren’t falling off however…

I had a conversation with my mom a while back, she was complaining that a medication she’s on caused 5lb weight gain…

I obviously rolled my eyes and she heard it - and quickly informed me “no really, that’s a whole pant size for me though”
This is something I think about often.

* Unrelated I’ve never ever found pants that fit me in a thrift store. granted it seems that now larger sizes are starting to become available, but this in its own right is a huge, huge effing NSV for me

**oh, also.. is it one pant size or two? I mean there’s no 23’s.. odds are teen sizes right? so I think it’s one…a

*** oh and obviously I wore the 24’s well into probably needing 26’s.. ik ik .. not really just one size but, this is a rant. Let me.

What is this sound? Posted a week ago about a mystery sound- I was able to isolate it a bit more.

I live in an older condo/co-op building and ever since recent boiler work, there’s been this deep humming/rumbling noise that happens every 10-15 minutes, mostly at night. Sometimes it changes pitch before stopping. It’s loud enough to wake me up inside my apartment.

I finally tracked it down and it’s definitely loudest outside near the boiler exhaust outlet. There’s also now a clicking/ticking sound when it happens. The exhaust smoke/steam also seems heavier during the noise and sometimes smells faintly like gas/exhaust.

My HOA already had the “boiler guy” come out. He apparently didn’t identify anything obvious wrong, but he did replace the fan thinking that might help. Unfortunately the sound is still happening.

What’s weird is:

   •   it seems worse at night

   •   cooler/damp weather seems to make it worse

   •   it cycles on and off instead of being constant

   •   it almost sounds like resonance/vibration more than a normal mechanical noise

Anyone who works with boilers/HVAC recognize this type of sound?

Trying to replace the window trims after removing aluminum siding and painting - how am I to be nailing to the plaster with least chance of causing breakage?

Can any Home Depot paint pro gather enough of the partial info to understand what color this paint we used in 2009 was called?

Something ON WHITE ?

Edit: solved, it’s White on White
