Son is OBSESSED with me
My son is freshly 2 and the past few months he has been only wanting me, to an extreme level. If he’s alone with my husband, he’s fine. But if I’m anywhere remotely close by, he wants absolutely nothing to do with daddy and it’s….exhausting. I’m a SAHM so I’m the primary default parent, which I figure has something to do with it. It’s very sweet, and I know I’ll miss it when this phase passes, but my god. He’ll have full blown meltdowns over not wanting to play with daddy and wanting to play with mommy, whenever we go out somewhere he will not let daddy carry him without screaming like he’s being kidnapped, it has to be mommy. It’s starting to really hurt my husbands feelings, and mommy needs a break!! Anyone else experience this, and how long did that phase last??
