posting this on throwaway, m20 straight, but i recently visited a brothel in germany after a breakup, it was the first time i ever visited a brothel, wore condom the entire time and only did insertive vaginal and even had condom on during oral. 10 days after i got symptms like sore throat and mild cold symptoms ( got way better after 2 days and is now almost gone on the 3rd day) so it mightve just been a cold from travel with multiple connecting flights, but for some reason the anxiety is killing me, ive been told the risk of hiv is very low, but for some reason the anxiety is just killing me, more so after the cold symptoms, even though it probably was a cold, ik im probably being irrational but is there a reason why, i never had this much anxiety even during unprotected hookups in the past.
