last night I went to wrangle up the girls after a normal day of free ranging and one of them was already in the coop, which was unusual.

Checked on her this morning and she was in the same spot. I did get her to come down for a cucumber snack but she returned to the same spot afterwards.

I can’t tell if she’s injured or having trouble laying an egg or something. She also made this low pitched maybe grunt?? after I left the coop

2 of my neighbors co-owned them on our shared land and I recently took on a small role in caring for them when one neighbor moved out. So I don’t really know anything besides basics. I do love them though and love learning how to care for them so any information helps.
