1 month in since quitting and I feel great!
The changes I've noticed have a knock-on effect on each other, creating a positive feedback loop.
Better sleep - better training - better training - better sleep - better eating - feeling better - feeling better - better sleep - better sleep - working harder - working harder - better mood and so on and so forth.
I can't believe how much I've gotten done this last month, my motivation is through the roof and my general outlook on life is so much better!
I know that if I bought some weed now, the positive loop would turn into a negative one, but the way I feel right now is making it kind of easy to not be tempted.
