Previous sextortion victim
Hi folks I was a victim of sextortion when I was about 15 . I added a girl on one of those apps a bit like Wizz, she asked for my snapchat and insta and i obviously said yes. She then started sending me pictures on snap (I’m gonna assume you know what type) so obviously when she asked to face time I agreed. I showed some stuff I definitely shouldn’t have and they immediately hung up and sent me a screen recording of the call , it had my face , dick , everything I immediately started freaking out and begging them to delete it. They asked for 500 btc and obviously being a broke 15 year old I didn’t have 500 bucks. They sent me screenshots of the video in DMs of all my classmates and family members ready to send if I didn’t pay. I started searching different platforms for any information on what to do which is when I found this subreddit. These guys helped me through the steps and I ended up blocking them on snap and instagram and long story short nothing ever got sent to anybody I knew.
So if anyone reading this is going through the same or similar situation remember you are not alone there are always people here to help. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
