Hi everyone, new to the community! I started running ~6 months ago and bought Evo SLs 2 weeks ago. I feel great on the 5k runs but 10k runs hurt my toe. Is it because the shoe is half size up? Or will it settle itself? Any solutions to manage the toe and nail pain or how to avoid it for the future runs? Toe guards, double socks?
