Hi all:)! I’m 21F 5’2 143lbs SW. I lift 3-4 days a week but very unhealthy diet - mostly struggle with binge eating and CRAZYYY sweet tooth, also don’t eat enough protein. I’m very insecure about how I look and struggling with dysmorphia. I’m also in nursing school + working graveyard so it doesn’t help with my snacking problems and high stress. Looking to take off 15-20lbs to finally feel like myself again.
I’m 2 shots in Tirz (2.5mg) and see significant food noise reduction, however no desire in eating (pretty sure I ate less than 1000kcal everyday). I would love if you guys can give me some advice on what I should do for my 3rd week to slowly take off the weight without starving myself- I’m thinking 1.25mg or 1.0mg ?
