Well I had some severe problems with sleeping for my whole life , I tried everything with doctors, the only thing that works is dr&gs medical/non medical ones if u know what I mean (I'm clean now in case u wonder).. lately I tried another doctor and she's literally the only doctor that gave me time and explained with logical arguments and gave me logical reasons for my case (that's rare in Morocco as u all know), she said I got anxiety not the one u know , that anxiety that kicks when I try to sleep , anyways she gave me some medicines to help but she insisted on therapy , my question for u guys especially the ones who tried .. does this really work ? Sitting and talking with someone? Does it really change the way your neurons function?
