I decided to factory reset my laptop and it was fine until on the windows start everything was going perfect but on this screen it won’t let me go forward no it lets me go back only one screen that is shown and i can read the privacy statement and eveything but when i click on next or only save files to this PC nothing happens i even tried using the keyboard instead and ive powered it on and off probably 50 times and nothing has changed it just won’t let me get past this screen please help!!!
