Who is actually paying for Sienna Palicke's tutoring?

Since we are on the topic of Sienna Palicke, I was wondering who is actually even paying for this? Like there are so many other resources out there that are cheaper and probably more effective than a tutoring company ran by a college student, who got an MCAT score below the average. I personally think that she is doing this JUST for the money given that she does not actually tutor, and it is actually disgusting how much she charges. The medical school application process is already expensive enough and we also have to take into account the new laws that will go into effect soon with the BBB which will make medical school virtually impossible for most people, it seems like a crazy way to capitalize on a situation that is already screwed. (This post does not mean to come off as hate in any way, and I do not know her personally to speak on her character but as someone who is low-income it is very frustrating to know that there are people who are fighting for every inch in this process, and there are people like her who undermine acceptances to great schools just because they are not MD, and is using her platform to profit in this type of way over other premeds)

How do I get shadowing through my job?

I work at a medium size hospital as a CNA and I was wondering how I could go about getting shadowing from physicians who work here. I work night shift so I never see physicians rounding on my floor so it is a little harder. My hospital doesn't have any type of shadowing program too. For people who have got shadowing through the job they worked, how did you do it?

For context this is a Molecular/Cellular Biology Course and my exam is in 2 days, the problem for me on these exams is not knowing the material but actually applying it. My professor makes all the questions REALLY conceptual and all our exam questions read like Bio Passages from the MCAT.

I know they material well it's just that my brain blanks when I get a huge paragraph and a graph and I have to account for so many variables. How should I best study for this Exam? (Our last exam was really heavy on metabolic pathways, this exam is a mixture of Mitosis, Genetics and DNA replication)

I have long hair as a black guy and I get lots of styles done like cornrows, two strand twists etc. I am wondering what is the general consensus on how people will view those hairstyles in terms of being professional.

Will I have to cut my hair as soon as I start my application cycle to look more professional for interviews? I have no problem doing that since I know some people hold their internal biases, and it would probably just work against me. This might not be the right sub to ask this but I figured some people who are black or medical students with black classmates could give their input on what they have seen.

I am considering a job at Parexel as a research assistant, can anyone who has worked here in the past, (preferably in this role) give some input on how your time here was? Your day to day responsibilities and your work schedule? Thank you.
