I’m trying to find a hood in good condition as the body filler (which I didn’t know about) failed on mine.
My car is black sapphire metallic, so I’d prefer one to match, but I’ll take anything at this point.
Please message me if you or someone you know has one for sale. I’ll pay a finders fee if you help!
So the paint on my hood started cracking/bubbling ~2 weeks ago, and progressed to the point that the whole section flew off on the highway today. Few questions: 1) this is likely due to a poor body filler job, right? 2) is it more economical to buy a new hood & have it repainted, or to have this one repaired and repainted? 3) if you know of any shops in the CT/Southern Mass area that do good work and can help me with this quickly, please recommend them below. Thank you!
