I am not very technically savvy, after reviewing this sub and r/emailmarketing decided to try mailerlite. To get this functional I had to connect to my domain and it overwrited some of my google DNS records. What exactly have I given it access to and are there any security privacy aspects I should be aware of?

I’m not an Italian citizen and need to retrieve a historic financial document from the Italian business registry, is there a service to do this? Willing to pay.
