I know that there is a section called "Tiering Criteria" which already explains everything. But I'm just a filthy casual that doesnt know the meaning of stuff like "input range, transient response, and 18 guage".

So for people like me, can someone give a simple explanation that differentiates a Tier A PSU from a Tier B, C, D, E, and F PSU?

I'm currently trying to find a good PSU for my very first gaming PC but paranoid that its a B rating hahaha.

From what I understand, the 9060xt is better in terms of performance but I don't have enough understanding of PC building to know if the 5600 will bottleneck the 9060xt

Is the bottleneck too much that I'm better off with a 5050? Or is it alright for me to go for a 9060xt?

Btw, I do a lot of recordings using OBS and a lot of video editing, which is why I'm leaning towards a 9060xt (already got RAM thankfully)
