Quick question for small suppliers — when you receive an RFQ from a major operator (ADNOC, ONGC, PDO etc.), do you have someone in-house who handles the technical submittal and compliance docs? Or is this a gap? Asking because I'm exploring whether to offer this as a service.

I am applying to jobs but not getting even a denial mail, straight up ghosted.
I know life will take a turn but I am not seeing the light yet at the end of the tunnel.
Am I too left behind to catch up?
