Hello all,

I am currently in Chicago visiting from New Zealand. I’m trying to try as many local foods/dishes as possible. I was wanting to try a really nice burger that is cooked pink as in NZ we have mostly smash burgers or burgers cooked well done

I came across Au cheval and thought it would be good to try but read stuff about it not being as good as it was

My question is, is there a burger place other than au cheval that is really good that does thicker patties cooked pink?

Keeping in mind I’m staying in the loop and here on a work trip so dont have so much time to venture out on a long trip on public transport

Also if there’s any other places you would recommend for a tourist to try I’ll happily take any recommendations
