Shoulder

Shoulder

It's an Old pic.

Currently the fattest I've ever been.

Just needed to post here 🤣

Edit: Thank you for the engagement guys. I did a home workout for a month with only 7.5Kg pair of dumbell because I had a leg fracture while playing badminton.

Also, before that I was going to the gym for around 1.5 years. I had also joined the gym before COVID but there was a big gap.

Routine was PPL (PUSH PULL LEGS), Did no cardio and abs. I was on KETO at that time.

Height: 5ft 5 inch Weight: 68.8 Kg (when this photo was taken)

Since many of you are asking for a home workout routine i followed:

  1. Push-up, pull-ups, Squat (Non-negotiable body weight exercises)

  2. Lunges/Bulgarian split squats

  3. Lateral raises (SPAM the hell out of it. You can do dropset or superset if you have multiple pair of dumbells)

  4. Front squats

  5. Shoulder press

  6. Dumbell rows

  7. Dead hang

  8. For hamstrings, lay on stomach side and try to fit dumbell(vertically) in between feet

  9. Calves raises and loaded heel walk maybe with dumbell or with filled backpacks.

Disclaimer: Different bodies, different lifestyle, different diet, different stress levels gets you different results.

Just get started you'll figure out what's working or not in the way.

Thanks for this much support and appreciation.
