Xumo Stream Box Question
So I recently moved and my complex only allows Spectrum Internet, so I switched over (from frontier). I received a modem, router, and 2x Zumo Stream Boxes. The Spectrum rep said that I get free live TV, and streaming services (Hulu/HBO/etc) as a part of my monthly internet bill, cool. I connected the Xumo Device to my TV, followed all the prompts, and created a Xumo account, etc. I see all the streaming apps pre loaded, however when I scan the QR code, I’m prompted to sign in using my existing account credentials (I already had been paying for most of the streaming apps). Did I do something wrong? Was I supposed to be using my spectrum account credentials instead? How do I make it so that Spectrum is covering the bill for these streaming apps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
