Anyone else having issues with their store not getting truck done in 24 hours? We receive truck on THURSDAY and almost every week we still have truck on MONDAY or TUESDAY!! SM isn’t holding the PM shift people accountable. I am going insane. Pulling bays and doing scanouts has been impossible to correctly do with this new OSA program. How am I supposed to scan the store on Monday for order generation day like this?! Night shift does nothing, not even facing is getting done! FACING! It takes SO long to do scanouts properly. My store team gets away with a lot because the SM isn’t writing people up. The bays are a disaster, I’m trying so hard and I’m incredibly burnt out 😞
