


Lost 10 kg in 4 months 💪

Earlier, I weighed 82 kg and my height is 5’6”. During the first 3 months, I was doing hardcore cardio, burning around 1000 calories a day while eating only 600 calories. At that time, I didn’t have much knowledge, so I didn’t realize I was losing muscle and doing things the wrong way.
After those 3 months, when I had lost 10 kg, I started strength training. Initially, I didn’t like it because I kept struggling with the form in almost every exercise. But slowly, as everything started improving, dheere dheere sikhta gaya. Then I stopped cardio and focused on strength training for the next 4 months while keeping track of my calories.
