Room available in cute 3 bedroom 1 bath. Quite neighborhood and household. Fenced in cute back yard with planters for gardening if wanted. There is a 12 yo dog in the house and would welcome another dog if they can get along with him, but no cats as one of us is allergic. Large basement with Washer and dryer, small gym set up, and room for storage, as well as a detached garage.

Your portion of rent is $839.73 + utilities. Lease would begin June 1st, but current room will be out mid may, so potential for moving in early if wanted

DM if interested for more info.

Last week a bunch of these went up on my street, behind my house, but they don't look legit to me and i think one of my neighbors is just being selfish, so i just want to check before i knock them down

Room available in queer-friendly 3 bed 1 bath house! We've lived in this house for the past 6 years, it's a great neighborhood and the location is wonderful if you're looking for something not super far away from the city, but more of a neighborhood vibe.

Lease term: 1 year, starting June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027. Our current third roommate is moving at the end of April, so there is potential for you to move in in May if you're looking for something sooner than June!

Rent total each month (split between the three of us) is 2519.20, breaks down to $839.73 per person, due on the 1st of each month. Utilities vary depending on month but usually between 90-120 per person for power, gas, internet. Every 3 months we receive a water bill, and that’s usually around $180-200 per person. Security deposit is 1100 (we can arrange a payment plan if you’re unable to cover the full cost up front for the security deposit, will need at least first month’s worth of rent though).

Total due for move-in is $1939.73

Lovely neighborhood in Arbor Lodge. The house is on a half-block and there’s a detached garage in the back. Plenty of street parking available. Front yard and a fenced in backyard. About a mile from the Yellow Line Rosa Parks MAX stop, and the 75 and 44 bus are only like a block away. The house is around 2400 sq. ft. And we have a basement too.

A little about us:

-TJ, they/he, 28. Roller skater, rider of bikes, gardener, collector of hobbies, custom frame shop manager, nursing student. Generally don't spend a whole lot of time at the house when the weather is not wet.

-Nox: They/He, 35. Generally home quite a bit reading, working out in the gym, or watching to much survivor. When not home I'm working farmers markets, at a concert or going dancing. I have a large 12 1/2yo dog named Desmond, he loves butt scratches, showing you his toy and occasionally tug-o-war, but generally a lazy old man who's just waiting for you to leave the trash can unlocked.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who’s willing to help us maintain a clean house with regularly spot checking common areas. If you’d like to use up some of the garden space, we can totally make space for you, no pressure though if not! We like for the house to be a calm and safe space, and ideally you’d like to have the same. It’s also a generally quiet neighborhood, so we don’t really throw many get togethers, though we’re not opposed to it every once in a while.

No cats due to allergies, but dogs are okay. We’d like to do a test out and see if they’ll get along with Desmond before we finalize anything. Your pet needs to be a registered emotional support animal as well and have the necessary paperwork to send to the property management company that handles the house.

We generally keep to ourselves, maybe interact if in the same room, but not the kind of roommates who spend time together. Ideally would love to find a another queer person to make the household entirely queer, but it's not a requirement

Please respond to this by dming with a little bit about yourself and if it seems like a good fit we can schedule a meeting and give you a tour!
