So I made a mistake to a query in my scheduled flow and yesterday at 5 pm it sent out 67,000 emails.
Brutal.
Talked to Salesforce support, the emails had stopped. Turned off the flow.
Today at 5 pm another 18,000 emails sent out. Luckily only 22 of them were successful this time. But I’m baffled. The flow was off. The emails had stopped.
I talked to IT. They said the emails aren’t even hitting Microsoft. They don’t see any of them sent. So they aren’t queued there.
I have another ticket open with SF, but I’m not hopeful because they said they only saw 103 emails sent yesterday and that’s obviously not the case. I have the angry texts to prove it. (And the logs)
Please help.
Also, I am totally mortified, this is such a rookie mistake, so please don’t pile on
