Thinking about starting a side hustle where I help businesses create a One note for themselves. This would be a one stop shop where they can house all needed documents and training materials for staff. Would you pay someone to do this for you?

AF hit today and only shown $695, was plan on downgrading the card to a green because of the new $895 fee. Since it’s $695 I plan on keeping it, but wondering if there will be a $200 adjustment later on by Amex. Would you guy double down and ask for a retention offer? Or just take the $695 a ride it out another year
