I started doing CF like 2-3 months ago , i have solved like 15-18 qns of 900-1200 level ,
it takes me a lot of time to solve problems of 1200 level like sometimes 1.5-2 hrs

DOUBTS:

1. when should i see editorial ??
   2)Should i start giving contests and how does contests work pls explain?
   3)Should i DO cp31 sheet??
   4)How many probs should i aim in a week??

I am first year, I don't fap much like 2-3 times a month but when I do I get extreme guilt.as if I have compromised with my health, cognition etc

I do stay productive , study, programming , tennis but still...
