Hello. My son has just messaged me to say his Xbox controller is not registering when he presses the "A" button. He says it works after a few presses and that he also tried a different controller where the same issue occurs. He has also tried the controllers on his brothers Xbox with no issue so it seems its his console. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know a fix or potential things he could try? I can't figure out the issue as if its the bluetooth failing on the Xbox side, why is it only 1 button. Surely it would be all of them? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
