Hi!! My roommate and I (both 22F) are looking for a female roommate to move into our 3x3 unit for the upcoming school year. The lease will be from July 21, 2026 - July 19, 2027. The apartment is about a 8 minute driving distance from UCF and there is also a shuttle from the apartments to UCF.
The bedroom is unfurnished and has a private bathroom.
There's a $85 application fee(but there is a code to waive the fee) and a $400 security deposit. Rent is around $925 with utilities included and there is no parking fee. Neither of us smoke and we are pet-free. Please send me a message if you're interested or have any questions.
