Treating hinge effect

Hi,

I've had Peyronie's for several years (a 30 degree curve, the hourglass deformity and some hinging). I never sought treatment until now because I never had pain or ED, and intercourse was still manageable. But now, many years later and with a new partner, I'm having difficulty with intercourse, and it appears to be due to hinging. The strange thing is that I didn't have difficulty achieving intercourse with my last GF, at least not in certain positions. But I've yet to be successful with my current GF. We've tried every position imaginable, but no luck. Has anyone else found that intercourse is easier with one partner than another? Does it come down to matter of different partners having different "geometries" that can make the PD more or less problematic when attempting intercourse? I've been in the stable phase for years, and as far as I can tell, there's been no change in shape, size, etc., but intercourse was relatively easy with my last partner and virtually impossible with my current one. At any rate, I had my first appointment with a Urologist a couple of days ago. He's proscribing me Cialis to see if that helps before exploring surgical options. I thought it odd that he recommended Cialis given that I don't have ED, but he's hoping that it will help make my erection more stable and firmer at the hinge point. I'm trying to be optimistic, but I'm having a hard time seeing how Cialis is going to help with the problem I'm having. I have no problem getting and maintaining a full, firm erection. It just bends a little more when axial pressure is applied, and it's enough to prevent intercourse. Has anyone else had a hinge effect treated with Cialis or another ED medicine?  Did it help?  Has anyone successfully treated a hinge effect in another way or found a way to mitigate it during intercourse?
