Need some advise and help please. I cosplay as old Ben and own a nice looking thin neck saber from a place that's now out of business. I also carry a 3D printed hilt and keep my bladed saber in a sheath I designed to hide it in my cloak. However the thing about drives me nuts! The clear switch cover slides out of the holder frequently because it's lose. The thing is terribly sensitive and changes colors and sounds own it's own while I carry it in the sheath. Of course it takes a PhD in button pushes to get it back to blue and a normal sound. So basically I am over that saber and plan to replace my 3d printed hilt with this one. So, I'm in the market for a nice ep4 Obiwan saber. I've found DamienSabers and am interested in the phone app control. The Galaxy's edge ones are decent but having to use that silly wide neck to hold a blade is a turn off. All I want is a fairly screen accurate ep4 saber that will stay blue and sound like a saber.
Would love to be able to lock in the color and sound or simply restrict changes.
Would like a very bright blade like a xenopixle.
I am very particular to the episode 4 hilt with the clear bubble style button, not the gold Pcb looking thing from ep3.
PS i see Chinese vendors on eBay with what appears to be the exact same sabers I'm fiding on 20 other sites so I assume they're literally all the same but just don't want to get screwed.
Any tips, vendors, etc?
