How are you guys tracking profit per technician?
"I’ve been trying to see which of my techs are actually the most profitable and which job types (install vs. service) are hitting the best margins. Jobber’s standard reports don't make this easy to see at a glance.I'm building a simple dashboard for myself to pull this data automatically. Do you guys bother tracking tech-level profit, or do you just look at total revenue? If you do track it, what’s your biggest headache with the data?
