I have major dentist anxiety and haven’t gone for about 3 years, I spotted this dark patch when I was brushing and I can’t tell whether the tooth is dying or if it’s just the filling making my tooth look discoloured, there’s no pain. Any ideas or insights?

I’m 21, not a smoker.
