I 28M (CA+ CFA) and soon gonna become pilot .. get rejected in arranged marriage for some reason I’m unaware of !

But when it comes to dating women ? I’m really good at dating , have dated several women .

I earn well ! Dress very well .. and looks wise I’m in top 5% men . I’m good looking and have ripped physique! Also nice personality!

Just wondering what is it .. that dating women is so easy for me .. and women are attracted to me w.. but somehow for arranged marriage It doesn’t work !

Which one of the following is correct method ?

1. You can lie down on left side for 30 mins and then get up (Stand up) and go about your business ?

2. you need to lie down for 8 hours straight and not stand up when you use the enemas ?

Loads of confusion .
