Any workround for this? I tried many things including sharing VPN using my PC or my Android phone but I couldn't find a solution for this. I have VPN on my PC but I can't add anything on my iPad without bypassing the set up process.

I live in Iran and we're facing a 3 month internet shutdown. I have both OpenVPN and v2rayN on my PC running Windows 11 and I want to finish setting up my iPad but without internet it's not possible. My router accepts OpenVPN config but for some reason, it's not connecting to it. Is there anyway to share my PC VPN using my router?
I asked AI but when I enable "Share this network" over "Ethernet", OpenVPN app disconnects and can't connect again.
SSD is fine, Tested the speed and no error.
I can't open or copy or move the ISO but the ISO.
Is there a solution?
Should I use TeraCopy or FastCopy? Are people still using these apps?
