I can definitely see a difference since I joined the 1* one star club. I have one 4 and 44 five stars
How many more 5* to get back to at least 4.9?!?

Don’t know how many of you have been following the recent changes regarding carts the pickers use. Someone allegedly hit a child with a cart, which resulted in a lawsuit, so corporate said pull the carts instead of pushing them. That led to complaints and OSHA reports and resulted in directives from OSHA that carts will still be pushed but only have 6 crates for holding picks instead of 8, so that associates can see over the tops of the carts. Are you seeing the smaller configured carts in your stores? We are.
This downsizing is affecting pick rates, a metric used to evaluate pickers, and it’s going to decrease bottom lines on productivity.
