1. Now ottoman can start DP against Egypt with 200 manuever. It can reduce Egyptian autonomy and take all the way to Sinai (including) for 60 onfamy in one diplo play.
2. They can reach do it without giving Austria and Russia if initial wargoal is reduce Egyptian qutonomy since they do not have interest in Egypt region.
3. Since they are closer to Africa region they can have interest on Africa relatively easier to other European nations except France and GB.
4. They are close to crucial late game oil straits bab al mandab and hormuz.
5. They are starting with more than decent navy.

Considering they have consecutive intellegensia modernizer rulers and ease of allying GB i think they are OP.
