I thrifted my first coach bag yesterday for $20! I looked up the number and it turns out she’s a 1994 Savoy Satchel. The leather overall looks pretty good, the inside looks very clean, and the hardware is also in good condition (to my untrained eye lol). My main concern is a crack in one of the handles, where the leather has actually been completely broken (2nd picture). How can I go about fixing this?

Otherwise, I think I just need to fix up the piping and a couple spots and scratches on the bag (see photos). Based on the recommendations in this sub, I think I can get it back into really good shape, but I’d be super happy to hear any additional advice since this is my first time!
