I'm 42 female and I have PCOS. For the last decade I've had an IUD but had to remove my last one because my uterus and ovaries are covered in scar tissue from my C-section. Because of my IUD/PCOS I haven't menstruated in a decade. A few months after getting it out I started menstruating again.

Ever since I started I've noticed that when I have a bowel movement during my period and wipe my butt there's a good amount of blood. If I don't have a bowel movement and wipe my butt there's no blood. I have reached out to my doctor but I'm wondering if anyone else has any ideas while I wait to hear from them.

There's no pain or anything
