Ran into a Dragunov who was insanely aggressive and had the defense to back it up. Not a smurf either, his main is a Yaksa Bryan.
How do you deal with this kind of pressure? I tried stepping but his follow up iWR2 kept tracking me. I tried popping Heat which worked sometimes, but other times I got blown up for it. The off chance where he had a misinput I was able to then punish.
Any advice on handling that level of pressure would be appreciated.
I’ve recently reached rajin and wanna really understand how frames work. I grasp the understanding that if I do a move that’s plus it’s my turn still depending on the move I use.
I.e +4 on block I can do a i13 move
What confuses me is 0 on block. With Azucena her ws4,1f into LIB puts me at 0. While I’m locked in stance at this point my next fastest move is i13. Obviously my opponent could jab me which Is i10. This is to say even though I’m safe and we’re at 0 i basically can still lose my turn?
This would make this whole move useless to use at that point even though it’s my fastest ws move at i11 right?
Maybe im answering my own question, but I was under the impression that if I’m safe it’s always my turn. Which I’ve been getting killed for over months now.
