Catawiki Bad Experiennce
In November, I had a hand-woven silk rug appraised and certified by a rug expert on Catawiki, but the expert hasn't put my rug up for auction for almost six months. I contacted Catawiki to find out why, and the response I received that evening was that I had been rude to the expert. I didn't say anything harsh or offensive to anyone. However, I find that Catawiki customer service gave threatening responses to the seller, and I'm frustrated that I haven't received a solution for my item that hasn't been auctioned for six months, and they essentially blamed me. Their behavior on this platform is truly rude and a great shame.
