Just wanted to share my results! Here is a snapshot of my ecobee thermostat with the HVAC off for an entire day. Within 24 hours, the outdoor temperature swung a little over 30f, yet my indoor temp only changed 6f!
The house was built in 1965, 1550 square feet, attic sealed and insulated. Crawlspace, and interior air sealed. Walls have zero insulation!
