Thinking of using nainacinamide or tranexamic acid or tretinoin 0.025% or idk whatever u guys suggest

What do u guys think is it hyperpigmentation?

If yes then which should i go for ..

Researched that nainacinamide and tranexamic acid works for pigmentation in different approach

If u guys had similar problem then help would mean a lot
