482 transitioning to 186 and sold business

Our sponsor has sold business. Two weeks before submitting the application.

New owners will have new ABN and aren't approved sponsors.

Where do we stand? What can we legally ask yo claim back from them? They submitted application after the sale agreed so it was in bad faith. We have been mislead and played all the fees. Do we have any chances to claim this money back?

We are in serious risk of returning back to UK as main applicant will be turning 45 early next year. With all the lead times there is extremely slim chance we'll be able to reapply before then.

Can we claim from them break of the rental lease and cost of moving all our belongings back to UK? Thanks.
