Hello everyone, I've been working out for a while now and the more I look into body building, the more I realize how insanely bad my genetics are. Can someone give me some insight on my perspective, am I too harsh on myself?
Even without becoming a body builder, I feel like my build doesn't even allow for me to be aesthetic. Currently I'm kinda fat, I've gained 15lbs because I moved for work, life has been stressful and I'm only now getting back on track, slowly but surely. The pictures are all without a pump of course. The first 5 pictures are recent. The two that follow are from before moving for work.
My frame is very narrow. With a shirt on, I don't look like I lift so a dude with a naturally wider frame just looks way more aethletic than me, even without working out.
My Biceps insertions look very bad
My forearms always look skinny, I train them every other day and they have gotten better but I think again the insertions are just bad, my wrists are tiny.
My Lat insertions seem to be high which also doesn't look very good.
Just the way my body fat seems to accumulate around the love handles and legs more than anywhere else
