I just submitted i-485 a few days ago but I receive a silent update everyday. Since I’ve been seeing people get excited with these type of updates, I was wondering if this is common at the beginning specially since I’m from 19? Anyone has recently the same experience.
Kameli has already received a TRO on another lawsuit and is adding more plaintiffs to the current lawsuit.
Mcbean has received a stay just a month after filing whether idk if this means any adjudication before the PI or it just lead to internal processing.
RE has received a PI on I-765 group (if i'm not mistaken) but I think I don't fit to their lawsuit with bunch of pending applications that I have.
Immpact seems decent but they have been extending deadlines on previous groups and there has not been an outcome on first litigation which filed on Jan/30.
Do you guys have any idea? I have pending I-140, and AOS package. I'm not going to fall out of status but personally it's a matter of time to me.
Just wondering if anyone has the tracking link of Kameli's current lawsuit that he is onboarding new plaintiffs.
