I was running regularly last year and prior to that around 2020. I was able to do so 5ks and 10ks without stopping. Last year, I did a 5k race (timing 34:30) which wasn’t the best but I was going somewhere.
I have been trying to run again but can’t get past 1 or 2 miles without feeling tired. Is it psychological ? What am I doing wrong?
I signed up for a half marathon next year but feel extremely demotivated.
I don’t smoke (my last cigarette ever was in 2019) and stay hydrated. I fuel same or similar way.
