I’m 40 years old and finally got help. This was after my dentist told me I completely destroyed my tooth enamel. It was really scary and it totally sucks because I am going to have to spend the rest of my life repairing my teeth or get implants or dentures. It turns out I have ADHD. When I got on ADHD medication, the food noise went away and I’m able to eat normally. just wanna add this to anyone who has ADHD maybe you should just get medicated. I was using food for so long to give me a dopamine boost.
